Summary

The Mobile Factory transforms rubble into Lego building blocks.

Details

No building lasts forever. Demolition, war and natural disasters will eventually turn every manmade structure into rubble.

Rubble is a real killer. It’s the world’s largest polluter in volume, it destroys the environment and it’s a health hazard for the people who are forced to live among it. But we think we’ve come up with a innovative solution to give new function to all this rubble: The Mobile Factory.

The Mobile Factory transforms rubble into Lego building blocks. The blocks allow victims of war or natural disasters to construct their own new, earthquake proof houses, and rebuild the communities they lost.

Responsible Commitment

Rubble

Urban deveopment, wars and natural disasters constantly reduce buildings into mountains of debris. Debris that pollutes the environment, destroys capital and kills.

Q-Brixx
But the surprising thing about debris is, it’s the perfect building material. The Mobile Factory transformes debris into new building blocks. The reuse of debris is better for the environment than using new and costly raw materials.

Lego System
The stackable Q-Brixx have the same shape as Lego blocks. This shape ensures an exceedingly strong construction and eliminates the need for mortar. It also makes the building blocks less expensive and cuts down on construction time.

Houses
Our bricks can be used directly to build new stone houses for those who were made homeless. Together we can build a safer and healthier world. Especially for the underprivileged.

Big Picture

SPREAD THE WORD, CLEAN THE WORLD AND SAVE LIVES

Millions tons of rubble on Haiti is the equivalent for tens of thousands of new, safe homes, built by victims of the 2010 Haitian earthquake, still living in soggy tents after 5,5 years. You make the realization of happy homes possible by crushing debris yourself for as little as 1 dollar.
